The short version. Every email we send you has a link to a page showing everything on file for your address, with buttons to fix it or delete it. No email to hand? Ask for a new link here.

What "Delete my details" does

Erases your name, email, phone, links, menu, permit numbers and IP address from your vendor profile and any space you listed.
Takes your listings off the directory, withdraws or declines any request that hasn't happened yet, and tells the other side.
Deletes reviews you wrote and reviews written about you.
Takes you off pop-up alerts and every email list.

It can't be undone. A past booking stays on the other side's page with no name on it, and our staff's own log of their actions is kept for disputes and legal obligations. See the privacy policy for the rest.
